Analysis of 15% mixed agent of fomesafen and clomazone by HPLC

摘要 采用ODS-C18反相色谱柱和紫外检测器以甲醇+水为流动相,对试样中氟磺胺草醚和异恶草松含量进行液相色谱分离、测定。氟磺胺草醚和异恶草松的保留时间分别为1.32 min和3.68 min;变异系数分别为0.76%和0.92%;回收率分别为99.0%~101.0%和99.3%~100.3%;线性相关系数分别为0.9 950和0.9 966。 High-performance liquid chromatography was adopted for the separation and determination of fomesafen and clomazone in mixed agent on the ODS-C18 column with methanol : water = 75 : 25 as mobile phase and UV detector. Under the selected conditions, the retention times of fomesafen and clomazone were 1.32min and 3.68rain respectively.RSD's (n=6) for fomesafen and clomazone were found to be 0.76% and 0.92%.Recoveries were in the range of 99.0%~101.0% and 99.3%~100.3%.The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9 950 and 0.9 966 respectively.
