黄卫谈城市轨道交通新技术推广

建设部黄卫副部长于2005年12月24日，在中国土木工程学会城市轨道交通技术推广委员会成立大会上说，成立“技术推广委员会”很有必要，很及时。在2005年6月18日开工程风险控制会议时，统计全国运营的轨道交通线路是422km，现在接近500km。在建的轨道交通也有400km，涉及十六七个城市，经过规划批准建设的一共是18个城市，如果都开工了，那就是18个城市在修建轨道交通。
