摘要
从工作实践出发,结合电力系统的干部管理以及综合统计和整理考核测评结果的一些经验,试就干部考核中影响民主测评准确性的几种现象、怎样科学地开展民主测评、如何合理运用民主测评结果作了初步分析和探讨。
this paper presents a preliminary study on several phenomena that affect veracity of democratic performance measurement for staff and on how to carry out democratic measurement scientifically and how to make use of the results of democratic measurement based on the working practice and by taking into consideration of experiences on staff management, comprehensive statistics and arrangement of performance measurement results.
