左金理气汤治疗胃食管反流病65例疗效观察

Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease(GERD) Treated with Zuojin Liqi Tang

[目的]观察左金理气汤治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的效果。[方法]将95例患者随机分为治疗组(65例)和对照组(30例),治疗组服用左金理气汤,每日1剂,100ml,bid,对照组服用雷尼替丁胶囊0·15g,bid和吗叮啉片5mg,tid,疗程4周,记录治疗前后两组的症状积分和内镜检查。[结果]治疗组总有效率90·8%明显高于对照组76·7%。[结论]左金理气汤治疗GERD有良好的疗效。

[Objective] Observe the effect of Zuojin Liqi Tang on GERD, [Method]Randomly divide 95 patients into treatment group （65） and control group（30） ,the former take Zuojin Liqi Tang,one dose every day, 100ml bid;the latter Leniditin capsule 0.15g bid and Madinlin tablet 5mg bid, for 4 weeks, record the symptom integral and endoscope check before and after treatment, [Result] The total effective rate（90.8%）of the treatment group is much more than that of control group 76.7%. [Conclusion]Zuojin Liqi Tang has good therapeutic effect on GERD.
