摘要结合某大型输油管道工程的管理实践,分析多项目、跨地域大型工程(MP&GDP)所面临的协调管理问题,传统的项目管理方法和手段在MP&GDP管理中遇到的新的挑战,研究多项目、跨地域条件下管理体系运行机制和协调创新体制,提出MP&GDP协调管理的新思路。
