预防电网稳定破坏及提高线路输送功率的GCP型功率测量控制装置

摘要 GCP型功率测量控制装置是一种新型的分散式稳定控制装置。装置利用电力系统稳定离线计算的结果,根据实测功率及其变化、线路开关动作信号构成各种判据,对电源或负荷进行控制,可以达到预防系统稳定破坏及提高线路输送功率的目的。本文阐述了预防失步的原理、装置的功能、动作方程及实际应用情况。 . Type GCP power measuring and control epuipment installed in power plants or substations is a distributed stability control equipment. It controls generators or loads (Such as tripping generators, fast closing steam valve, fast decreasing generator power and shedding of load etc. ) according to various criterions, which are based on combined results of off-line calculation for power system, real-time measuring value of power and its variation and signal of tripping breakers to decide fault line and tripping time. Thus it can prevent the loss of power system stability and increase the capacity of transmission power.
