面对全球化,由于受自私地利用自然的欲望支配,人类陷入了近代理性所引起的生存危机之中。进入新世纪,全球化道路不应该是以盲目模仿西方的“工具理性”为中心。在全球化时代,儒家文化具有重要价值,它可以扮演西方文化扮演不了的角色,为经济全球化提供重要的精神资源和人文智慧。

Faced with globalization, Man, due to its domination by the selfish desire to utilize nature, has sunk into a survival crisis caused by modern rationality. After entering the new century, the road of globalization should not be dominated by blind imitation of the western ＂instrumental rationality＂. In the age of globalization, the Confucian culture is of important value which can play an irreplaceable role in providing spiritual resources and humanistic wisdom for the eeonomic globalizatio.
