摘要 Williamson反应是制备不对称醚类化合物的重要方法。从廉价易得的对硝基苯酚制得其钾盐,然后与二卤代烷通过Williamson反应方便地以高产率和高纯度制得4,4'-二氨基-1,n-二苯氧基烷烃。该二胺可用于合成新型的聚酰亚胺。 Williamson reaction is one important method to prepare unsymmetric ether. In this paper a series of diamines were synthesized by the Williamson reaction from the p-nitrophenol and dihalogen alkane through 3 steps in high yield and purity. The diamines are useful in synthesis of new polyimide.
