摘要
通过对纤维填料种类数量及弹性体比例的选择,研制出高强度增韧酚醛模塑料,该塑料冲击强度超过12kJ/m2,弯曲强度95MPa。由该塑料模塑而成的轴承件,除能满足机械强度要求外,还具有自润滑性,可以进行车削加工,成功替代日本进口材料。
The reinforced and toughened phenolplast is generated with the test of selection and adding of fahrous filler and of the selection of the ratio of elastomerics. The tests showe that the impact strength of the phenolplast can reach 12kJ/ m^2, and the bending strength 95MPa. The bearings made of this material, except for getting up to the mechanical strength demands, can also be self lubricated and lathed turning. Thus the Japan-import materials can be substituted successfully.
