摘要
本文利用废滤波片和废蜂鸣片为原料,在对废料中的铅进行合理的回收后,利用两条工艺路线分别制备了ZrO2以厦Y2O3稳定的ZrO2纳米粉体,用TEM和SEM观察粉体形貌和尺寸,用XRD测定粉体的相组成,对实现锆的资源循环和保护环境具有积极意义。
In this paper, a novel preparation method of superfine ZrO2powders has been put forwards using waste piezoelectric plates (WPP) as raw material. Two methodologies have been used to prepare the nano - scale powders of ZrO2and Y2O3 stabilized ZrO2. TEM, SEM and XRD have been used to characterize the size, shape or phase of the powders. It's advantage to the recycling of zirconium resource and protection of environment.
