摘要
利用高温熔融方法制备了无铅高性能Ba2-xSrxTiSi2O8(BSTS)压电玻璃陶瓷。用XRD对其结构进行了分析.结果表明其压电特性是由于微晶在温度梯度作用下自发取向生长的结果。BSTS玻璃陶瓷,使用温度高。不易老化,具有较大的静水压压电优值常数;其圆片、圆柱和球壳等水听器的灵敏度在-190至-210dB,工作频率范围在50KHz以下。灵敏度温度和压力起伏≤±1dB。
The piezoelectric Ba2 Sr TiSi2O8 (BSTS) lead -free glass -ceramics were prepared by melted method and crystallized process. The structure of piezoelectric glass ceramics determined by XRD shows that the piezoelectric microcrystal is selfgrowth under gradient of temperature. Being used in high temperature (1000℃) , BSTS glass -ceramics has no aging problem. The free field voltage response of BSTS hydrophone in the shape of disk, tube and half- spherical cap is between 190 from - 210dB. The working frequency is 50 KHz below. The disturbance of voltage response of BSTS hydrophone in temperature and pressure is below ±1 dB, respeetly.
