摘要
本文采用相转移法合成掺杂有Al的LiAlxMR2-xO4粉体正极材料,分析合成条件(反应时间、烧结温度、烧结时间、掺杂比等)对电极电化学性能的影响,确定优化合成方案。并且对样品粉体进行结构形态表征。然后在优化条件下合成材料粉体并组装成锂离子电池,测试其充放电性能、循环伏安特性。
Synthesize the spinel LiAl, Mn2-xO4 mixed with Al using the phase - transfer method in this paper, investigate the efficient of the synthesis process (reaction time, synthesis temperature, synthesis time, the proportion of Al and LiMn2O4 ) to the electrode materiel, improve the synthesis process and chose the best one, test the structure of the samples. Make lithium - ion batteries using the samples that have been synthesized in the besl condision, measure the charge - discharge curves, cycle voltammorgramms.
