摘要
本文阐述了使用加速试验仪评价高分子材料老化与防老化行为与状态时,应该关注人工光源的模拟性,即人工光源发射的紫外能谱是否与材料所接收的太阳近紫外能谱相似及人工光源290nm-400nm紫外能量的标定值。这样的加速试验才具有实用意义,才能与真实的自然暴露试验具有可比性。通过分析几种人工光源紫外谱图,指出氙灯的确是一种理想的人工加速试验用光源。
This article described that artificial test lamps will be paied close attention to emit UV whether simulated solar UV spectrum when accelerated tester be used to evaluate the behavior and state of polymer aging and anti - aging, be concerned about 290nm - 400nm UV total energy. The results of polymer will be really a performance as natural exposure test, be of regularity. Several artificial lamps show it's UV spectrum and it is identified that Xenon lamp offers exactly an ideal one.
