针对高等级公路“一路一公司”(项目公司)体制在多项目建设管理中容易产生资源浪费、效能低下、投资失控等弊端,提出采取资源整合、统筹协调、牵制管理的集约式建设管理模式,并对管理模式的特点、操作方法及运用效果进行了阐述和分析。

To avoid the bad practice of resource waste, low efficiency, out of control of investment in the multi-project construction that is managed in the mode of ＂one road, one company＂, it proposes the concentrate managing mode, namely, the resource are balarced, the managing are cooperated.
