摘要
目的:探讨超声诊断在支架治疗前列腺增生中的临床应用价值。方法:用西门子G60S彩色超声诊断仪探头频率3.5MHz对25例前列腺增生的患者在支架置入前后进行超声扫查。结果:超声可以清晰显示前列腺的大小形态,术前根据前列腺尿道部的长度选择合适规格的支架,术后根据架内及架周的情况监测支架置入后的疗效,及时提供更合理的治疗方案。结论:超声在置入前对适应证的选择、术后对疗效的监测,具有无创、可重复、费用低、直观等优点,具有很高的应用价值。
Objective： To discuss the clinical value of ultrasonographic diagnosis in nickle-titanium alloy stenting for hyperplasia of prostate. Methods：25 patients with hyperplasia of prostate were examined by Siemens G60S ultrasonic device with 3.5 MHz transducer frequency before and after stent implantation. Results ： The size and shape of prostate were clearly displayed by ultrasonography. Stents were reliable selected according to prostate urethra before implantation. After stenting, the efficacy was evaluated and appropriate therapeutic regimen was provided by the monitoring outcomes. Conclusion： Ultrasonography is valuable in the preoperative selection of in diction and postoperative monitoring. The method is non-invasive, repeatable, cheap and visualized.
