可吸收螺钉治疗关节部骨折

摘要 目的:研窑分析应用生物聚丙交酯(SF-PLLA)可吸收内固定物治疗关节部骨折的方法及疗效。方法:应用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗关节部骨折82例。结果:82例全部获得随访,随访时间平均11个月(6~20个月),疗效均为优良。结论:可吸收螺钉在关节部骨折中有良好的应用价值,无不良反应,免除二次手术,减少了感染及创伤性关节炎的发生,疗效满意。 Objective: To study the method and curative effect of self-reinforced polylactic acid (SR-PL-LA) absorbable screw in the treatment of joint fracture. Methods:82 cases of joint fracture were treated with absorbable screw. Results:All cases were followed up. The duration of follow-up was ll months Crange, 6 to 20 months). The efficacy was excellent and good. Conclusion:Absorbable screw is valuable and effective in treating joint fracture, without adverse effect. The technique lessens the incidence of infection and traumatic arthritis.
