网络流媒体传输中稳定速率控制算法研究

本文着眼于网络流媒体的服务质量问题,研究基于控制理论的流媒体数据的稳定速率流控制算法来有效地提升流媒体的服务质量.速率控制以及拥塞控制对于整个网络的稳定性和高质量的个别数据传输流都很必要.此文介绍了一种支持发送、接收缓冲数据速率流的控制规则.最后通过发送速率控制策略,借助小波分析的工具设计了一个改进的VBR视频流的速率平滑算法:IWTS。

This article focuses on the service quality question of streaming-media , and studies stable rate control algorithms for streaming data, based on control theory, to raise the service quality of streaming-mediao Rate control, in conjunction with congestion control, is important and necessary to maintain both stability of overall network and high quality of individual data transfer flows. At the same time, this paper introduces the control rule to maintain both sending rate and receiver buffer stable. Finally ,through the transmission speed control strategy, we has designed the speed smooth algorithm with the aid of the wavelet analysis tool which improvement VBR the video frequency flows： IWTS.
