摘要
本文介绍了吸引压送罐装车称量和压力测控系统的设计,用以实现压力罐体的智能化测控和管理。研究了系统硬件结构和软件的设计思路。并利用人工智能的专家系统技术实现对系统的自适应控制。试验表明,该系统结构简单、成本低廉、性能可靠,能满足工业现场的需要。
A new system designed for detection and control of weighing and pressure in the tank truck is introduced in this paper, which is capable of intelligent detection ,control and management of the pressurized vessel. The structure of hardware system and design idea of software are discussed and the Adaptive control system are accomplished through the technology of Artificial Intelligence. The test result shows it' s simple, cost-effective and reliable system to meet industrial site needs.
