摘要 提出了一种基于USB2.0接口的高速光栅自动检测系统的软硬件设计方法。利用CCD作为数据采集元件,结合国家半导体公司的扫描仪控制芯LM9812和Cypress公司的USB接口控制芯片CY7C68013实现数据的高速采集与处理。介绍系统的固件和USB驱动以及客户程序的开发。 This paper introduces the design of hardware and software of the antomatic high-speed grating-detection system based on USB2.0 interface.The system is developed on the basis of Cypress Corporation' s high-speed USB peripheral controlle CY7C68013 and Sensor Processor LM9812 ,using CCD as image capturer. In addition, firmware and USB device driver and user software are also introduced.
