摘要
本文介绍一种低成本小功率变频器的设计方案。它以交流电机控制电路MC3PHAC为基础,采用了智能功率模块及单片开关电源电路FSD200,具有线路简单,无需软件开发,成本低,系统可靠等优点。文中给出了主要的硬件设计线路。
This paper presents a design scheme of low cost small power inverter. It bases on intelligent AC motor controller MC3PHAC and selects IPM and single chip power switch FSD200 as key components. The advantage of the scheme includes simple circuit, no user software development required, low cost and system reliability. Key hardware circuits are given too.
