摘要
主控系统是上海地铁机车的关键控制设备,产自德国,引进时未购进其离线测试系统。维护一直依靠技术人员的经验判断和装配到机车上在专用试车线运行来进行,效率低且不可靠。为此本文实现了一种针对主控系统的测试技术,利用Labview建模并构成虚拟仪器测试平台,实现对主控系统的离线测试。
MCS(main control system) is the key control system of direct current metro locomotives made in Germany, and its off-line testing system was not bought at that time. They were tested by technical works manually and then assembled into the locomotives and operated in the experimental railway line. The method is not effective and not reliable. So we implement a testing system for MCS. We model and build a Virtual Instrument platform in order to accomplish the off-line testing of MCS with Labview.
