摘要
介绍了基于GALIL控制卡的四自由度切割机器人在VC++6.0环境下的软件实现过程。机器人切割系统采用多线程处理方式,通过自定义消息处理和控制界面交互以提高实时性,可以处理直线、圆弧、椭圆弧、多义线、样条曲线以及上述组合曲线的切割。由于机器人的第三轴可与选定的两轴的轨迹保持正切,特别适合玻璃切割等加工领域。
Introduced four degrees of freedom cutting robot' s software realization process under VC++6.0 environment based on the GALIL control card. The cutting robot system select the multi-thread processing method, adopt definition message handling corresponding with the control interface to enhance timeliness, may process the straight line, the circular arc, the elliptic arc, the polyline line, the spline curve as well as above combination curve cutting. Because robot' s third axis can be controlled such that it remains tangent to the motion of the selected pair of axes, the robot especially suits industrial processing such as glass cutting etc.
