The article analyzes the development and operation situation as well as the characteristics of China' s oil refining industry in 2005 and forecast the development prospect of China' s oil refining industry in 2006. It also puts forward relevant countermeasures aiming at main problems needed to solve for China's oil refining industry in 2006.
