摘要
以安大堡露天煤矿为例，分析了我国大型露天煤矿开采引发的土地生态环境问题，初步提出了大型露天煤矿废弃地生态环境重建的硬性操作技术体系。同时进行了废弃地生态环境重建的效益分析，认为重建投资回收年限虽然较长，但可获得一定的经济效益，生态效益和社会效益。
The nationwide problems of opencut coal mining，particularly the eco-environmental prob-lem of the land have been analysed through a case study at the Antaibao opencut coal mining. Thetechnique system for rebuilding the eco-environment within the waste land of the opencut coal miningand the rebuilding benefits have been approached．The results have been shown that the rebuilding in-vestment recovery is long，but the economic benefits．ecological benefits and Social benefits are visible.
