The Investigation and Discussion on Two New Approaches of Afforestation on the Barren Mountains in Sanmen County

林业实行生产责任制后，随着社会主义市场经济的确立，荒山人工造林也出现了许多新情况、新问题，三门县通过几年的探索和实践，荒山人工造林的形式已逐步实行了股份合作和工程承包造林，效果显著，为林业生产注入了新的活力。

Many problems have arosen in the process of artificially afforesting along with the establishment of production responsibility system in the forestry as well as the aseialist market economy. Therefore，two new approaches of the af-forestation in terms of joint-stock and contract have proposed based on the several years' practice and experiences in the Sanmen county.
