摘要
国有资产管理体制改革已经进入了国有产权制度改革的关键时期。而产权制度改革必然会受 到有关产权理论的影响。为此本文将分析马克思产权理论和西方产权理论及其对中国国有资产产权制度改 革的影响,进而针对中国国有资产产权制度改革中存在的一些问题,结合有关产权理论,提出国有产权制 度安排的一般标准,国有资产产权关系变化的趋势应该是资本化、市场化、多元化的发展趋势。
The system reform of state-owned assets has entered the key stage of state-owned property reform. The reform of property system will be influenced by relative property theory. This paper will analyse Marxian Property Theory and Western Property Theory and analyse their impact to property relationship reform of state-owned assets. Then , this article will put forward some standards of the property reform of state-owned assets and development tendency of state-owned assets property relationship.
