摘要
虚拟团队具有跨时空、跨组织边界、数字化、基于共同目标、平等互动等特征。构建基于目标的网上英语学习虚拟团队,并通过虚拟团队开展基于网络通讯技术、多角色参与的英语交际活动,有利于营造动态交互的语言学习环境,有利于真实性语言输入和输出,将成为英语学习者二语习得的重要组织形式。
Virtual teams have such features as being beyond time and space. transorganizational. digital, and involving object-oriented interaction. By constructing object-oriented online English learning virtual teams, and launching ICT-based multi-role English communicative activities, we nan create interactive language learning environments, which will promote authentic language input and output, and become excellent SLA (second language acquisition) places for Chinese learners of English.
