摘要
本文阐述了地震造成人员伤亡和经济损失的主要原因。指出由于历史原因,许多建筑在设计时并没有考虑设防,故地震发生时往往遭到损伤、破坏或倒塌。并就建筑的抗震鉴定和加固进行了一些探讨。
The earthquake can cause personal injuries and deaths and economic losses. Anti-seismic mea sures of many existing buildings were not considered due to historical situation .and they were destroyed and toppled down often when the earthquake occurred. The article examines anti seismic evalution and reinforce measures of buildings.
