摘要
试验模态分析是识别机械结构系统固有特性的一种常用、有效的现代技术。在试验模态分析的基础上,探讨了NBH250/60型三缸泵泵体的固有特性,并首次将模糊系统动力学的理论应用于工程实践。根据三缸泵“水击烈度”的模糊性,给出了模糊动力响应模拟的理论公式及计算机实现,探讨了NBH250/60型三缸泵液力端在承受不同水平的水击激励时的模糊响应特性。
The test modal analysis is an effective means to identify the intrinsic attribute of a mechanical structure.On the basis of the test modal analysis,the intrinsic attribute of the pump body of the ModelNBH250/60 triplex pump is investigated,and the theory of the fuzzy system dynamics is applied.According to the fuzziness of the intensity of hydraulic impact on the triplex pump,the equation and the computer implementation for the simulation of the fuzzy dynamic response are presented,and the fuzzy response characteristics of the fluid end of the Model NBH250/60 triplex pump excited by various levels ofhydraulic impct are discussed.
