摘要 对生产D级抽油杆用35CrMo钢经表面感应加热淬火和喷丸,可提高抽油杆的疲劳强度。试验结果表明,用国产35CrMo钢,经适当的表面感应加热淬火和喷丸,可以生产出疲劳极限达到或超过美国EL级的超高强度抽油杆。为进一步提高超高强度抽油杆的疲劳极限,除保证有合理的表面感应加热淬火和喷丸工艺外,必须保证试样心部材料有足够的强度。 By means of the surface induction hardening and shot peening on 35CrMo steel for making Grade Dsucker rods,the fatigue strength of the sucker rod can be improved.The result of test shows that,by using the home-made 35CrMo steel and by means of optimal surface induction hardening and shot peening,ultra high-strength sucker rods with a fatigue limit reaching or surpassing that of the American Grade ELrods can be produced.To guarantee the fatigue limit of the ultra high-strength sucker rod,the core of therod must be provided with enough strength.
