对提高杆式泵泵效问题的探讨

Investigation into improvement on rod pump efficiency

杆式泵泵效与柱塞衬套间的间隙、阀的密封、连接部件的密封、抽油杆柱和油管柱的变形，以及泵内、外工作筒间的密封等有关。根据杆式泵的现场使用情况，就泵内、外工作筒的锁定与密封对杆式泵泵效的影响进行了讨论。认为杆式泵内、外工作筒的锁定是保证密封的前提，是提高泵效的关键。欲提高泵效，除在内、外工作筒间采用双级密封和增大工作简的锁紧力外，建议采用笔者提出的新型锁定装置。

The efficiency of a rod pump is related to the clearance between plunger and liner,the sealing of thepump valves,the sealing of the connecting parts,the deformation of the sucker rod string and tubingstring and the sealing between the internal and external barrel.According to the field operation of the rodpump,the influence of the locking and sealing of the internal and external barrel of the pump on thepump efficiency is analyzed, and it is pointed out that the locking of the barrels is the prerequisite forgood sealing and the key to improving the pump efficiency.To improve the pump efficiency of the rodpump, the double-stage sealing for the barrels and a new locking device are recommended.
