摘要
套管泵由压力检测装置、减速装置和密封皮碗等组成。将泵投入油井套管中,靠泵自重下落,由减速装置调节下落速度。当泵落入液面以下预定深度后,由于井内压力增加推动活塞上行关闭阀门,在泵上、下压差作用下将泵和泵上液柱举升到井口。应用套管泵时,应计算确定泵的最大举升液柱高度、实际举升液柱高度、活塞行程和流道阻力。通过控制活塞行程及泵内流道阻力,从而控制泵举升液柱的高度和泵的运行速度,取得理想的举升效果。
The casing pump includes the pressure test device,speed reducer and sealing cup.When in operation,the casing pump is put into the casing,falling down to the given depth at a speed regulated by thespeed reducer;the piston is pushed up by the increased well pressure and close the valve;and the pumpwith the fluid abobe it is lifted to the wellhead under the action of the pressure differential on the pump.By using the casing pump,the maximum fluid lift height,actual fluid lift height,stroke of the pistonand the resistance on flow Passage should be determined.By controlling the piston stroke and the resistance on flow Passage,the fluid lift height and the pump speed can be controlled,thereby ideal lifting effect can be achieved.
