Clinical Observation on Efficacy and Safety of Emergency Coronary Intervention in Elderly Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的：评价≥80岁高龄急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者急诊冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的疗效和安全性。方法：接受急诊PCI的AMI患者134例,其中≥80岁31例,＜80岁103例,比较两组的临床经过、冠脉情况、手术成功率及随访结果。结果：≥80岁组与＜80岁组比较,手术成功率(90.3％和96.1％)和随访期间心血管事件发生率(19.35％和9.71％)无统计学差异。结论：80岁以上高龄AMI患者行急诊冠脉介入治疗是安全有效的。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of emergency coronary intervention in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Methods： 134 consecutive patients with AMI（31 patients aged ≥ 80 years and 103 patients aged 〈 80 years）, underwent emergency coronary stent implantation. The immediate results, in hospital and follow - up outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results： Procedural success rate （90.3% vs 96.1% ） and cardiovascular events during hospitalization and long - term follow - up were not significantly different between two groups：Conclusion： Emergency coronary intervention can be performed safely in eldly patients with AMI with satisfactory immediate and long - term results.
