摘要 在油田集油站的原油储存罐内,有大量的小沉积在罐底,为了充分利用储油罐就要及时将水排放掉,这就要求必须先测出油水界面的准确位置,由于水的矿化度高、导电性好,将涂有绝缘层的长电极垂直放在罐内,电极与体之间形成一个电容,电容大小与电极和水的接触面积成正比。检测出电容的大小,即可计算出电极在水中的长度,从而知道油水界面的高低。实验证明,这种方法是完全可行的,测量精度可以达到厘米级。为放水提供可靠的依据。 There are many chances that water remains on the bottom of oil-collection tank at field oil collection station. For the purpose of fully utilize the storage space of oil-collection tank, the remaining water must be disposed frequently and in time. This requires the accurate detection of oil-water boundary before dis-posing. When a conductive bar with electric-insulating cover is placed vertically into the oil tank, a capaci-tance exists between the bar and water because of water's high electric conductivity. By measuring this ca-pacitance, which is proportional to the bar-water boundary face area, the height of water remained in tank can be calculated. It has been proved that this method of measuring the remaining water in tank is practical and the accuracy of water height measurement can reach a level of centimeter-enough to provide reliable in-formation for water disposing.
