摘要
模块是一组既有相同功能和相同结合要素,又有不同性能或用途但能互换的产品基本单元。石油机械均可看成由多个模块组成,模块内容应包括每个零件的信息,模块自身的信息以及模块间相互关系、关联与拓扑信息。模块化设计包括建造模块和综合模块两方面内容,智能支持环境的石油机械模块化设计过程分为方案设计、布置设计和仿真显示三个步骤。模块化设计的核心是模块的设计,合理地划分并建造模块是设计的关键。
Petroleum machinery can be regarded as composed of several modules which contain the information of each components and the modules, and the interrelation and topology between the modules. The dular design includeS module establishment and combination, and the intelligent support modular design of petroleum machinery includes the scheme design, arrangement design and sublation display. The key point of the modular design is the rational division and establishment of the modules.
