摘要
气平衡抽油机在失载工况下,游梁和横梁联接螺栓因受力太大被拉断,用常规的安全系数设计法难以保证设计的可靠性。在对连杆受力作统计处理的基础上,给出气平衡抽油机游梁和横梁联接螺栓可靠性设计方法。采用这种方法,既可在给定可靠度时设计计算联接螺栓的有效直径,也可校核现有螺栓的可靠度。以CYJQ14-5-73HQ气平衡抽油机为例,计算了游梁和横梁联接螺栓的有效直径。
On the basis of an analysis of the forces on the pitman, a method of reliability design of the joint halt for the walking beam and equalizer on an air balanced pumpping unit is presented. By using this method, the effective diameter of the joint bolt for given reliability can be calculated, and the reliability of the existing holt can for be checked. And an example of calculation is given.
