摘要
根据接我国矿场常用抽油机型号和泵挂深度所求得的疲劳应力比,确定了接近正常采油工况条件下的疲劳应力比R=0.4,在此应力比下,对D级抽油杆用20CrMo钢在PLG-10型高频疲劳试验机上进行了疲劳试验。利用疲劳应用统计学,统计分析出疲劳寿命与疲劳应力幅的关系,获得线性相关表达式为lgN=57.11-19.51lgSa,拉-拉疲劳极限为688.22MPa。据此,在确定抽油杆工况时,抽油杆的最大疲劳应力应控制在688.22MPa以下,以确保抽油杆不致疲劳破坏。
Fatigue test of 20CrMo steel for Grade D sucker rod is conducted with a fatigue stress ratio of 0.4 on Model PLG-10 high-frequency fatigue testing machine. By statistical fatigue analysis, the relation between the fatigue life and fatigue stress amplitude is analyzed, the linear dependence expression is obtained, and the fahgue limit is worked out. It is concluded that the maximum fatigUe stress should be controlled less than 688. 22MPa to prevent the sucker rod from fatigUe failure.
