摘要
磨料磨损、疲劳磨损和胶合等是引起石油钻机传动链条磨损超限,承载;能力降低,最后导致链条断裂破坏的主要原因。从链传动弦效应的端点引出了铰接因数A,结合溢油润滑和初始润滑两种不同润滑条件下的链节磨损率,对F-320钻机绞车爬坡传动链条的磨损寿命进行了计算,计算结果可作为石油矿场更换链条的参考依据,避免更换的强制性和盲目性。
The abrasive wear, fatigue wear and adhesive wear are the main factors causing the excess wear and breaking of the driving chain on drilling rigs. Based on the splice factor A and the wear rate of the chain elements under different lubricating conditions, the wear life of the sloped driving chain on the drawwork of Model F320 drilling rig is calculated, and the result of calculation can be taken as a basis for changing the driving chain on drilling rigs.
