摘要
我国非物质文化遗产的保护是一项重要的工作,应参照国内外保护非物质文化遗产的立法状况,认真分析我国非物质文化遗产保护中存在的法律问题,制定出有效保护与合理利用我国非物质文化遗产的法律对策。
Many disputes of legal protection of intangible cultural heritage cause hot discussion recently in China . This article takes a review to the progress of legal protection of intangible cultural heritage all over the world, analyzes several issues of legal protection of intangible cultural heritage in China and, finally brings forward a suggestion and countermeasures to perfect Chinese legal protection system of intangible cultural heritage.
