摘要 综述了流化催化裂化烟气能量回收机组的技术进展,包括烟气轮机的结构设计、机组的配置、设备的材质和控制系统。探讨了机组设计应用中的若干问题,如烟气轮机流量和运转率。轴流主风机的自保和流量调节、机组的主要故障及其相应对策等。提出了进一步完善和提高烟气能量回收技术应采取的措施。 Technical progress of flue gas power recovery units in FCCU, inciuding configuration design of flue gas expander, arrangement of the whole unit, selection of machinery materials as well as control sys-tems were reviewed. Problems in the design of flue gas power recovery units, e. g. , deciding the gas flow rate of expander and the on-stream time, consideration of emergency shut-down devices, and flow rate ad-justing of axial air blower, main troubles of the unit as well as the countermeasures were explored. Meas-ures to adopted for further improvement of the technique of flue gas power recovery were proposed.
