介绍了高桥石化公司炼油厂2号催化裂化装置流主风机组切换的3种方案要点,通过比较,选用了使运行中的主风机与新忘却的备机出口压力相等的方案,对(?)方案的主、备机组的特性曲线、控制系统切换时可能出现的故障及对策作了详细的分析。
Essentials of three switching schemes of axial air blower in FCCU No.2 of the refinery of Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company were introduced. After comparison, the scheme of keeping equal outlet pressures of both operating and newly started air blowers was adopted. Detailed analysis of the feature curves and control systems of both operating and stand-by blowers, troubles possibly occured during switching in light of the selected scheme as well as countermeasures were given.
