摘要 从能量平衡入手,分析了国内催化裂化装置的用能情况,并对重油催化裂化装置与蜡油催化裂化装置用能的差别进行了分析。指出了烟气轮机的长周期运行。高温余热产汽、合理利用蒸汽以及低温热利用是节能工作的重要措施。在目前条件下利用一部分低温热可以使蜡油及重油催化裂化装置的能耗分别降到1.9 GJ/t和2.7 MJ/t的水平。 Based on energy balance, the energy utilization of domestic FCC units and the diflerences in energy utilization between residue FCCU and gas oil FCCU were analyzed. It was pointed out that, long-cycle running of flue gas expander, steam generating using high-level heat, rational utilization of steam and utilization of low-level heat are key measures for energy conservation. In addition, it was also esti-mated that, energy consumption would be cut down to the levels of 1.9GJ/t for gas oil FCCU and resi-due FCCU respectively by utilizing a part of the low-level heat.
