农村公共产品质量的指标体系研究

农村公共产品是数量和质量的统一体。农村公共产品的供给理应考虑质量问题,这才算是一个完整的最优供给。农村公共产品质量代表了供给者的科技水平、生产水平、管理水平和文化水平。高质量的农村公共产品有利于满足消费者对公共产品的不断提高的质量需求,有利于树立供给者公众形象。有利于提高我国农业国际竞争力。因此,有必要探讨农村公共产品质量指标体系。

Rural public goods are entity of quality and quality. Effective supply of rural public goods should take quality into account and then it will be perfect. Quality of rural public goods represents science and technology level, production level, management level and cultural level of providers. High quality rural public goods benefit to meet consumers＂ advancing demanding, set up public image and boost international competitiveness of China agriculture. So it is necessary to study index system of quality of rural public goods. An index system of quality of rural public goods was proposed in the paper based on its meanings.
