The article highlights some issues that Chinese senior managers should pay attention to. These issues are： 1. esbalish modern enterprise system and standardize enterprise governance; 2. deeply understand the meaning of supervision and unceasingly improve the system of surveillance Board of the State Owned Enterprises; 3. manage enterprise and run business legally; 4. theory innovation together with management innovation; 5. pay attention to small sapect of management.
