为了规范证券发行和交易行为,维护社会经济秩序和广大投资者的切身利益,纠正市场失灵,防止证券市场出现危机,促进证券市场资源配置功能的充分发挥,必须要对证券市场进行有效的监管。本文从横向和纵向两方面对证券市场的监管进行研究与选择。

The article stipulates that we must supervise the security market effectively so that we can standardize security issuing and trading behaviors, protect the economic order and investor＇s interests, correct market failures, prevent crisis of security market and make the resources allocation functions of security market into full play. This article studies the security supervision and its selection both vertically and horizontally.
