摘要
仪器可互换技术是ATS(Auto Test System)的发展方向,当前仪器可互换功能的实现包括基于SCPI、IVI、COM、ATLAS等几种方法。讨论了基于SCPI和基于COM技术的仪器可互换系统的仪器可互换基本原理,并详细讨论了基于动态链接库显式链接技术的仪器可互换系统的体系结构和仪器可互换原理。
Interchangeable instrument technology is a new direction of ATS, now the realizing methods of interchangeable instrument included technologies based on SCPI, IVI, COM and ATLAS. The system architecture and principles of technology based on SCPI, IVI and COM are discussed in this paper.
