摘要
测定了加入各种降滤失剂的不同钻井液体系的滤液粘度,并对静滤失量与滤液粘度平方根倒数的关系及滤饼形成之后静滤失量与其倒数的关系进行了作图分析。认为淀粉类、NH_4—HPAN和SMP—1主要是通过形成优质滤饼、降低其渗透系数实现降滤失功能,而CMC类则是通过大幅度提高滤液粘度及使滤饼脱水、变得更加薄且致密来实现降滤失功能。
The filtrate viscosity of drilling fluid with different additives was determined. The relation between static fluid loss and the reciprocal of square root of filtrate viscosity is analyzed. It is proposed that starch, ammonium salt of hy-drolyzed polyacrylonitrile and sulfonated phenolic resin control fluici loss by reducing the permeability of filter cakes, and car-boxymethyl cellulose by increasing the filtrate viscosity and decreasing filter cake thickness through dehydration.
