摘要
国产摩托车噪声普遍为89 dB,如对各零部件加工、检测、评价等方面进行很好地控制,最好的噪声状态也只有83 dB。经过分析,引起噪声的主要原因之一是摩托车齿轮制造质量不高,齿轮加工工艺及检验等方面还存在很多不足,致使齿轮加工精度达不到要求,在离合器齿轮与换挡齿轮啮合过程中产生传动噪声。
Noise level of Chinese-made motorcycles is generally 89 dB. ff intensively controlling the parts machining, inspection and evaluation, the optimal level is just 83 dB. Analyses show that one of reasons causing noise is poor quality of gears manufacturing, low level technology and inspection which fail to meet the demand of gear machining accuracy and produce transmitting noise in the meshing process of clutch gears with shifting gears.
