摘要
对催化裂化吸收稳定系统进行了流程模拟与分析,提出了吸收/解吸双塔流程的单塔实现方法,并提出了新的单塔流程模型。模拟研究表明,新的吸收/解吸单塔流程具有双塔流程的全部优点,且具有流程简单,投资省的优点。
The flowsheet of FCC absorption/stabilization unit is simulated and analyzed in this paper.The flowsheet of double tower for absorption/stripping section is replaced by single tower in simulation,and a new flowsheet of single tower is developed.Through computer simulation,it is shown that the new flowsheet of single tower has the all featuers of the double tower,and has the fertuers of simple flowsheet and the low investment costs.
