A file management mode based on self-defining template in Word

在对现有信息系统中文档生成和管理方法存在问题分析的基础上,针对企事业单位大量文档管理与信息系统有限模板之间的矛盾,提出了一种基于Word自定义模板的文档生成和管理模式.首先对基于Word的模板存储结构的设计、模板的自定义及其管理进行详细描述;然后对基于模板的文档生成方法和文档存储结构进行了介绍;最后采用对象分类技术,实行了文档的动态分类管理.根据上述思想的文档管理方法在律师事务所信息系统案件文档管理中得到了应用,方便了各类案件文档的管理,提高了信息系统的灵活性和管理效率,取得了比较满意的效果.

Based on analyzing the problem existed between file producing and administrative method, and the contradiction between the management need for a large number of files in enterprise and finite templates in administrative system, a mode of file producing and management method based on self-defining template is proposed. The design of the storage structure for the template, self-defining template and management of template are described firstly. Then the method of producing the file based on the template and the storage structure for the file are introduced. Finally, the dynamic classified management for the files is implemented using the dynamic classification technology. This file management method has been applied in the management for the case file in lawyer＇s office. It is convenient for the case file management and can improve the flexibility and efficiency of the file management system. The results are satisfied.
